• CLEAN DASH E roller is an adhesive rubber roller with static electricity removing function.

1. Even if clean by strong sovent, after dries it recover original stickiness. Stickey rubber roller with quite new concept that has few time changes. The stickiness of CLEAN DASH E RUBBER depends on the nature of rubber itself, not on the mixture of bonding adhesive to the rubber. Consequently, bonding adhesive does not moved to the partner material that contact.
2. Because CLEAN DASH E RUBBER is very soft ( Hardness: JIS-A 30 to 40 ), the partner material that contacts is not damaged. CLEAN-DASH E is also hard to be damaged, but even if it damaged, the progress of damage is very late,therefore can have long life.
3. It removes large dust particles to micron unit of small dust effectively by its strong sticking capacity.
4. The upper limit of temperature that the long time use of CLEAN DASH E is 70 degrees, while short time use is up to 110 degrees.
5. Passed the Food hygiene test of Japanese government.
6. It can be use to severe use of quality control such as food, cosmetics, and pharmacy industry since it is not contaminated by heavy metal.(Heavy metal content are less than water······checked by Osaka City Industry Research Institute).

• CLEAN-DASH E RUBBER is used to collect dust of the material which is easy to charge with electricity. It contains the static electricity neutral fiber "SOLDION" developed by TORAY group. Unlike other electrical conductivity material, this fiber's static electricity removing ability is high. Therefore, it is effective to collect dust of a plastic film and film laminated paper and the like.

• STATIC ELECTRICITY NEUTRALIZING STRUCTURE OF CLEAN-DASH RUBBER E At the moment (plus/minute0.05 second)of film etc. that was charged with electricity to minus passes the rubber roller blended SOLDION, electric charge of plus is induced and neutralize static electricity. Sama effect even in case of plus and minus are reverse.
